As all products currently sold by Maia Customs are customized or made to order, a product is only eligible for a return and refund if the product is deemed faulty.
This will be very unlikely, as any imperfections will be picked up on when the product is being customized. However, if a fault with the product (not painting or design, only a fault with the shoe itself) happens to go unnoticed throughout the customization process and you receive the products in an unfit state, you may contact us through our contact page within 30 days of receiving the items to request a return label and a full refund on return of the items.
Once your shoes have finished being customized, you will receive a personal email with photos of your shoe confirming you are happy with the design. If you are not, then everything will be done to rectify the issues outlined. Once you have confirmed that everything is the way you like, the product will be sent out to you. Failure to reply may result in a delay to your order. Once you have confirmed the design is what you want, your order will not be eligible for return based on any imperfections in the painting or design.
